3 year room temperature shelf-life
The resident protein contents of Visco Supreme are so low, (in contrast to products made with rooster comb) that refrigeration is not necessary to keep it safe for surgery.  Extended testing has shown that it remains shelf-stable for three years at or below 25 degrees Centigrade, ready to use.
