CLR's on-site laboratory is certified to ISO 13485

	CLR product testing policy CLR products are subjected to rigorous testing including P.H., osmolarity, physical appearance, LAL, pyrogen, bioburden, and sterility by a scientist (PhD) in our lab. All final testing (sterility, bioburden, LAL) is completed by the independent lab Biotest Laboratories.
	Convection Ovens Accelerated time trials are constantly being run on randomly selected portions of production lots.

Lab technicians constantly test ingredients and freshly manufactured products to assure accuracy and maintain high quality in all CLR products.

Complete on-site lab
Key to the CLR's development of viscoelastics is a complete on-site lab certified to ISO 13485. Here new materials can be formulated and tested in a closed-loop system with no atmospheric contact

Process sterility is vital
Supervisor Bertha Parra pulls on a fresh set of sterile gloves to begin a process. Sterile gloves are changed frequently to reduce any chance of contamination. Disposable caps, gowns and booties are donned in the Air-Lock, before entering the Clean Room, where filtered air is kept at a higher pressure than outside air.
