Visco Supreme is CLR's third generation and is a proprietary formulation of top-quality sodium hyaluronate viscoelastic that is shelf-stable for 3 years in room temperatures of 25°C or less. It displays very high viscosity (65,000 cps + or - 10k) in a low or zero shear environment with a sharp rate of change for unrestricted ease of surgical manipulation. CE 0434

ViscoCel Plus, CLR's second generation, is a CDS-based viscoelastic comparable in performance to sodium hyaluronate and can be stored for 3 years without refrigeration. It has a high shear-rate viscosity, is highly cohesive, and highly dispersive. CE 0434

Packaging and shipping
After sterilization, sterile pouches and data sheets are loaded into their proper cartons, ready for immediate shipping. All cartons are now UPC coded for instant identification.

Class 1000 Clean Atmosphere Room
HEPA-filtered air conditioning maintains positive air pressure inside the manufacturing area, laboratory, and anteroom.  ANSI certification requires a cleanliness rating of 10,000 or less (less being better); CLR is maintained at 1,000.

High Sterility
All operators wear sterile gloves that are frequently changed to eliminate human contact with product.  Disposable gowns, caps and booties are donned before entering the Clean Room.
